United Way Charity Golf Outing

We continue to break records every year and 2018 was no different when it comes to the charitable giving exhibited by our valued suppliers, as we collectively raised over $740,000 for the United Way. We have now surpassed $5,000,000 in giving over the life of this event. That is truly a Great Accomplishment! Together we are making a difference in the lives of countless individuals and their families through our efforts and commitment to caring. 

 

Once again, we will be hosting our annual Supplier Golf Outing as part of PolyOne’s annual United Way campaign, and we are thrilled that the 12^th annual golf event will once again take place at the prestigious Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio.  The club is a beautiful, world renowned 54-hole club with championship courses. Firestone is unquestionably among the elite courses in the world. 

 

This year’s golf event will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019.   We are asking for your continued support and participation. I hope you will be able to join us on behalf of your company. 

 

This year’s Golf Outing contribution levels are as follows:

 

Event Sponsor (limit of 2) – $50,000 - Suppliers receive exclusive sponsorship language on all signage for their company and can enter up to 6 golf participants with your choice of golfing together or separate and joined by members of the PolyOne leadership team.  In addition, two representatives from your organization will have the opportunity to attend a dinner on August 26th with our Chairman & CEO Bob Patterson, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Process Improvement John Midea and Global VP of Sourcing Tom Taylor.  Also included at this level is a one-night stay in the Villa’s at Firestone Country Club on the night of Tuesday, August 27^th. Contributors at this level will golf on Firestones prestigious South Course. Your company will be listed at the top of signage as a key supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Premier Sponsor – $26,000 - Suppliers receive exclusive hole sponsorship for their company and can enter 4 golf participants with your choice of golfing together or separate and joined by members of the PolyOne leadership team.  In addition, a representative from your organization will have the opportunity to attend a dinner on August 26th with our Chairman & CEO Bob Patterson, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Process Improvement John Midea and Global VP of Sourcing Tom Taylor.  Also included at this level is a one-night stay in the Villa’s at Firestone Country Club on the night of Tuesday, August 27^th. For the first (5) contributors at this level is the opportunity to golf on Firestones prestigious South Course. Your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Sponsor - $21,000 - Suppliers receive exclusive hole sponsorship for their company and can enter 3 golf participants with your choice of golfing together or separate and joined by members of the PolyOne leadership team. One golfer can be selected to be slotted into a foursome with PolyOne Senior Leadership on Firestones prestigious South Course. In addition, a representative from your organization will have the opportunity to attend a dinner on August 26th with our Chairman & CEO Bob Patterson, Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Process Improvement John Midea and Global VP of Sourcing Tom Taylor.  Your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Double Eagle - $16,000 - Suppliers receive exclusive hole sponsorship for their company and can enter 3 golf participants with your choice of golfing together or separate and joined by members of the PolyOne leadership team.  One golfer can be selected to be slotted into a foursome with PolyOne Senior Leadership on Firestones prestigious South Course. Your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Eagle - $11,000 - Suppliers receive joint hole sponsorship for their company and can enter 3 golf participants. Your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Birdie - $6,750 – Suppliers receive joint hole sponsorship for their company and can enter 2 golf participants.  Your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.

 

Par - $3,750 - Suppliers can enter one golf participant, and your company will be listed as a supporter on PolyOne’s master contribution list that will be prominently displayed at our Corporate Headquarters.
